We offer our Signature Tradeshows
twice a year in conjunction with our Mid-West Signature Showcases in Ohio
in July and October.

Our Mid-West Signature Showcases will attract from 120-200 teams. The visitors to this event are from all over the United States, as well as some Canadian and International teams. Additionally, lots of college coaches attend the showcase tournament.
The tradeshows will be hosted entirely at one facility. At outdoor venues, the vendors will either be housed in individual tents along a main concourse or in a single massive Tradeshow tent or building conveniently located in the park. Either way, traffic flow will be managed to bring everyone right to your door. At indoor venues, the vendors will have an untented booth space.
We are looking for vendors who have products and services that will be of interest to and have value to teams, coaches, players, and parents, college coaches, and recreation programs. This would include vendors offering uniforms, shoes and clothing, equipment, trading pins, fundraising, training aids, videos and books, clinics/camps, trophies, coaching aids, websites, recruiting information, etc, etc, etc.
To register for a tradeshow, fill out the online tradeshow form and submit it online. Print a copy of your confirmation and mail your registration fee to the address given. OR...you can print the .pdf form and fill it out and mail it with your registration fee to the address given. The entry options are listed on the Tradeshow Registration Page.
The event has made arrangements for blocked space at hotels in the surrounding area, at special rates, based on 1 - 4 persons. Vendors need to contact our Hotel Coordinator, The Zenith Group, to reserve rooms. Contact them early to insure availability.
PACKET INSERTS
Vendors may supply inserts for team, manager and coach packets. Flyers and other inserts are a good way to direct customers to your location. If you would like to contribute inserts, please discuss it with the Tradeshow Coordinator. Inserts must be approved prior to the event/tournament.
GIVEAWAYS & DRAWINGS
Drawings and giveaways are incentives for people to visit the tradeshow and your location. We encourage vendors, but it is not mandatory, to provide the event with merchandise, products, and/or services to be used in giveaways and drawings at the tradeshow. If you are able to donate an item for these events, please discuss it with the Tradeshow Coordinator. You also will be approached by a member of the Event Staff during the event and asked to donate for the raffles. However, it is not mandatory that you participate, but the raffles do help to increase foot traffic.
LOGO SOUVENIR SPONSORS
We are looking for companies to sponsor event/tournament logo souvenirs, such as trading pins, towels, lanyards, or visors. If you are interested in sponsoring a logo souvenir, please discuss it with the Tradeshow Coordinator.
VENDOR SPONSORED FUNCTIONS
We are looking for vendors to sponsor tradeshow functions such as continental breakfasts, fruits & snacks, beverages, a disc jockey or karaoke night or other special events that will encourage/increase traffic to the tradeshow venue. If you are interested in sponsoring a function of this type, please discuss it with the Tradeshow Coordinator.
LIABILITY & INSURANCE
Vendors must provide a copy of their Certificate of Insurance to the Tradeshow Director, listing Fastpitch Headquarters and the municipality as "additional insured". This Certificate must be on file with Fastpitch Headquarters no later than one week prior to the event/tournament.
TRADESHOW CONTRACT
A Tradeshow Contract will be sent to you after your registration is received for your review and signature.
