INFORMATION FOR COLLEGE COACHES The following information is for college coaches who are interested in, or who are planning on, attending our events.
List of Tournaments & Events There are many tournaments and events hosted, sponsored, or marketed by FPHQ. Some are showcases and some are specialty tournaments. They all offer recruiting opportunities for college coaches. Get the complete list HERE.
RSVP For Our Tournaments College coaches must RSVP for our tournaments online. Find the online RSVP forms HERE or click on the College Coach RSVP Icon (below) OR wherever you see it.
Download Recruiter Packets Prior to our showcase tournaments we publish a Recruiter Packet that contains pertinent information that would be helpful to you in preparing for your recruiting visit to one of our Signature Showcases. These packets are in the form of downloadable pdf files and are emailed to the college coaches who have submitted their RSVP for the event. An advance copy of the Player Profiles is often included in this packet, so be sure to RSVP.
General Information College coaches will find lots of interesting information regarding our events and the communities where they are held that will answer many of your questions. There are links to Convention and Visitors Bureaus and other informational links.
Specific Tournament Information & Player Profiles Access College coaches can find information regarding a specific tournament or event that will answer many of your questions. This will include miscellaneous college coach information about the event. There also are links to the online Player Profiles where you can pre-scout the players/teams in the event.
Hotel Information RECRUITING AT JUCO CLASSIC: If you will be recruiting at the JUCO Kickoff in Clearwater Florida, then you should contact Missy Peterson, our Director of Housing, to find a college recruiter discount room. Her contact information is 727-214-4527 (cell) and missy@fastpitchheadquarters.com. We have great rates at local hotels near the park. There is no charge for this service.
Maps & Directions If you need directions or maps to any of our parks, hotels or venues, all of that information is available for you to print right off the website. There are city street maps, area maps, park maps and hotel maps.
FPAlerts Communications When you are attending one of our events, you should sign up for the FREE text messaging and email messaging service provided by FPAlerts for that event. This is one of the ways that we communicate with college coaches. Once our event is over, you can "unsubscribe" to remove your email and cell number or stay subscribed for future events. If you would like to get FPAlerts for your own team communications or to use at your camps and clinics, you can set up your own alert account from your Member Area once you have a membership with FPHQ.
